RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, washing, or wear and tear

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
